Admission registration is required. One admission registration is required for each adult. For more information, please see the “Visit for non-business purposes” page.

Holders of BIOFACH JAPAN admission passes are also free to enter the concurrent GOOD LIFE Fair and ASIA DIVE EXPO JAPAN exhibitions. No additional registration or additional fees are required.

The registration completion e-mail is automatically sent to your registered e-mail address.

If you do not receive an email, please check the following:

１．Have you blocked the receipt of our e-mails?
If @goodlife-fair23.ex-system.jp is blocked, you will not receive emails from BIOFACH JAPAN.

２．Has it been sorted into your spam folder or “trash” box?

３．Has your mailbox or server capacity exceeded the limit?

４．Is there a delay in receiving your email due to your provider's communication status?
Please wait some time before checking email reception or contact your provider.

５．Is the e-mail address you registered incorrect?
If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at Inquiry Form.

Cancellation is not required. No refunds will be made after ticket purchase.

Admission is ￥1,000 in advance and ￥1,300 at the door. Free admission for those with an invitation code, those who are 18 or younger, and business visitors.

One ticket gives access to all three days.

Advance tickets will be available until 23:59 on Thursday 24 October (Japan time).

Advance tickets can only be purchased by credit card. If you wish to pay in cash, please purchase tickets on the day of your visit at the venue reception.

If you purchase tickets on the day at the venue in cash, you will also need to fill in the required information on the form provided.

No refunds can be made after the purchase of tickets.

An admission pass printed on A4 paper is required for entry.

On the day of your visit, please present your admission pass screen at the reception desk at the venue. Staff will print out an admission pass. However, as there will be waiting times during busy times, it is strongly recommended that you print and bring your admission pass with you beforehand.The BIOFACH JAPAN admission pass also entitles you to free admission to the concurrent exhibitions GOOD LIFE Fair and ASIA DIVE EXPO JAPAN.

This is used when entering the exhibition. And also exhibitors will scan your admission pass (QR code) with a smartphone app at each booth. Presentation of the pass is at the discretion of the visitor. By scanning the QR code by the exhibitor, the visitor agrees to provide his/her personal information to that exhibitor.Exhibitors will be provided with your name, area of residence, gender, age, and email address (For business admission registrants, name, company location, industry, company, department, title, and email address will be provided). Information on those who are 18 and younger will not be provided to exhibitors.

Please use the Tokyo Big Sight car park (parking fees apply). Alcohol will be sold at the venue. Driving after drinking is prohibited by Japanese law. If you plan to drink alcohol, please come by public transport. Please do not drink and drive.

The venue has a food festival area where visitors can enjoy a wide variety of food and drinks. There are also numerous eating and drinking establishments and convenience stores in and around Tokyo Big Sight.

Not all booths are able to accept cashless payments. Please note that some booths are ‘cash only’.
