The Asahi Shimbun, Ltd. reserves the right to postpone, reduce the scale, relocate the venue, shorten or cancel the exhibition due to force majeure, such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters, the spread of infectious diseases (including orders, notices and requests issued by public authorities in connection with such spread), terrorism or other causes beyond its control. Even if the Asahi Shimbun, Ltd. decides to postpone, reduce the size, relocate the venue, shorten or change the exhibition hours or cancel the exhibition due to a force majeure event, the Asahi Shimbun, Ltd. shall not refund the sales price already paid.
